At Marina & Nola, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with one goal in mind: your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to truly love your purchase. We are committed to fair, transparent, and reasonable solutions — and we believe this approach builds trust with our customers.
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at premiumsell786@gmail.com and include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Reason for return

Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.

Important: Our fulfillment warehouse is located in Asia, and all returns must be sent to our Asian return facility. The exact return address will be provided by our support team after your request is approved.

Return Timeframe

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • A return fee may apply and can be paid during the return process.

  • If this option is unavailable, a store voucher may be issued and the return cost deducted from your refund.

  • Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original sealed packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may be declined

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders are free of charge

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery to ensure eligibility for a free return

Refunds

Refunds apply to the product value only.
Shipping costs, including express or international shipping, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges whenever possible. Since returning items internationally can be costly and time-consuming, our support team may arrange a replacement shipment instead of a physical return.

  • Replacement items typically arrive within up to 12 days

  • This eco-friendly approach helps reduce packaging waste and shipping emissions while saving you time


Bundle Purchases

Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together. Individual items from a bundle are not eligible for separate returns.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Items purchased using discount codes or automatic promotions

  • Final Sale items (including clearance items or discounts of 40% or more)

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
That said, we always aim to support our customers and may offer exchanges at our discretion.


Self-Service Returns

If eligible, you may initiate a return through our self-service return portal by entering your order number and postal code.

Once approved:

  • You will receive a return link to pay for return shipping (carrier-based pricing)

  • A return label will be sent via email

For international returns, we are unable to provide prepaid labels. Items must be shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
For exchanges, a gift card may be issued once tracking confirms the return, allowing you to place a new order.

Note: Return fees are non-refundable unless the return qualifies due to damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Customs Delays

If a return shipment is delayed at customs, this is usually due to clearance or documentation requirements. Marina & Nola cannot issue refunds or compensation until the item has been successfully received and cleared.
